How It Works

  • You’ll pay a one-time retainer today to lock in your monthly subscription place in my studio schedule. I have limited spots available.

    Note: I do not provide refunds under any circumstances.

  • You’ll complete a short intake, share access to your platforms, and we’ll confirm your content pillars, voice, offers, and boundaries (because “always available” is not the vibe).

  • Each month, we plan your content themes and map a content calendar to match.

  • I design and write your content, then send it through for approval with a simple review process.

  • Once posts are approved, content gets scheduled and published. I keep an eye on performance and refine as we go.

This secures your subscription spot and kicks off onboarding and setup.

Monthly Subscription: $1,200
Invoiced monthly on the same day you first joined.
Example: If you pay your retainer on 15 February, your monthly invoice will be issued on the 15th of each month after.

  • You pay a one-time retainer to secure your place. After that, you’re invoiced monthly on the same calendar day you joined (your “billing" anniversary”)

  • Best results come from consistency, so I recommend a minimum of 3 months. Month 1 sets foundations; Month 2 builds rhythm; Month 3 is where momentum starts to compound. While there is no mandatory minimum commitment, be aware that a) I don’t offer refunds under any circumstances; and b) if you want a formal minimum term, you can request it with me.

  • Typically, most providers use primarily Instagram and Facebook. I can also offer support for YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn depending on your specific needs, goals, and audience. We’ll spend time discussing this during onboarding and choose what makes sense for your business and capacity.

  • Community care can be included at a light/moderate level (comment monitoring, basic replies, escalating anything clinical/sensitive back to you). For inbox management or deeper community moderation, we can scope an add-on.

  • A short monthly check-in, any upcoming promos or availability changes, and access to brand assets/updates. If we’re using reels, you’ll need to provide raw footage (or we’ll plan a simple way to capture it without it taking over your life).

  • You’ll get a clear approval process and a set of revision boundary (commonly 1-2 rounds on monthly batches). This keeps things smooth, predictable, and not stuck in “tweak forever” land.

  • I’ll never promise virality (I don’t sell fairy tales or tall tales). What I can promise is a strategy-led system: consistent content, clear messaging, stronger brand trust, and continual refinement based on performance so your marketing stops being a guessing game.

  • If you anticipate a temporary pause (health, leave, unexpected life stuff), tell me as early as you can and we can discuss options like batching ahead, scaling back, or a short hold (depending on availability and scheduling commitments).

  • My studio requires a notice period (commonly 30 days) so work in progress can be completed and your content calendar doesn’t fall off a cliff. You will be given my Terms & Conditions as part as onboarding where my cancellation policy is outlined.

  • Yes. Blog article writing and scheduling can be added for an additional fee (not required for the retainer month). It’s a great option is you want your website to support search visibility and client trust alongside your social media.
