Frequently Asked Questions

Because curiosity is part of the design process…

Work with Me

FAQs

  • I specialise in branding strategy and visual identity (think: logos, colours, fonts, and full brand suites). I also offer website design, social media design and management, print design, and ongoing creative support packages. Everything I do starts with strategy because your brand should tell a story, not just look nice.

  • Every project begins with a discovery call (a virtual coffee, if you will) where we talk about your goals, audience, and vision. From there, I create a custom proposal that fits your needs and budget. Once we kick off, you’ll receive regular updates, feedback rounds, and a clear timeline so you always know what’s happening. No mystery, no overwhelm.

  • Yes! I know investing in your brand is a big deal. Payment plans are available for most services, with flexible options depending on the project size. My goal is to make great design accessible, sustainable, and stress-free!

  • On average, full branding suites take about 4-6 weeks from start to finish. This does depend on your responsiveness, feedback, and the scope of the project. Quick-turn or mini-projects can be completed sooner. (And don’t worry, I’ll always give you an estimated timeline before we start!).

  • I work best with small businesses, creatives, and wellbeing-focused brands. In particular, those in allied health, therapy, wellness, and community spaces. That being said… if your business has a heartbeat, purpose, or story to tell, we’ll probably be a great fit!

  • Technically yes… but I probably won’t.

Logos are powerful, but without strategy and supporting elements (like colour, fonts, and messaging), they’re just pretty pictures. My process ensures your visuals mean something and connect with your audience. That’s where the magic happens!

  • Yes! And I love it!

I design thoughtful, accessible websites (usually in Squarespace, but not limited to) that feel beautiful and easy to navigate. Every site is designed to reflect your brand personality and support your goals, whether that’s booking clients, sharing resources, or building community.

  • I design with humans in mind, not just audiences. My process is rooted in empathy, mental health awareness, and sustainable creativity. That means you’ll get not only a beautiful brand but also a safe, supportive space to bring it to life.

  • Absolutely! Most of my projects are done online through video calls, emails, and collaborative tools. Whether you’re in Brisbane or Berlin, we can design together just fine.

  • Easy. Head over to the Contact Page and fill out the enquiry form. Tell me about your business, what you need help with, and we’ll chat about how I can bring your vision to life.

What to Expect When Working With Me

  • Working with me isn’t a cookie-cutter process. It’s a creative partnership built on trust, communication, and care.

  • Before any design magic begins, we’ll chat about your vision, values, and goals. You’ll receive a custom proposal outlining your project scope, timelines, and expected costs so you always know exactly what’s ahead.

No surprises. No confusion. No jargon.

  • I design around energy, accessibility, and mental wellbeing (yours and mine). That means realistic, flexible timelines, honest communication, and permission to pause when life happens (because it always does). I believe creativity flows best in safety, not stress.

  • You’re part of the process from moodboard to final files. I’ll guide you with design expertise, but your input, feedback, and voice are what make the brand yours. Expect regular check-ins, shared boards, and space for co-creation.

  • Every colour, font, and layout choice has purpose. I don’t just make things look good. I make them mean something. My goal is to turn your story into visuals that connect, resonate, and grow with you.

  • When we’re done, you’ll walk away with more than pretty graphics. You’ll have clarity, confidence, and a cohesive brand identity that truly feels like you. My hope? That you’ll look at your visuals and see not just your business, but the person and purpose behind it.
