Purple Leopard Plan Management

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Mark at Purple Leopard Plan Management, assisting with a variety of design tasks including a website update and regular blog posting, professional and inclusive email signature, and maintaining a cohesive social media strategy and content.

Year: 2024 (ongoing)

Client Background

Purple Leopard Plan Management is a dedicated service provider supporting participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) in managing their NDIS plan finances and budgets. With a focus on personalised service, Purple Leopard helps clients navigate the complexities of NDIS funding, ensuring they maximise benefits. The team prides itself on being approachable, reliable, and deeply committed to empowering participants and families take control of their support systems, while offering expert financial assistance in managing NDIS budgets effectively and efficiently.

Website Design

For Purple Leopard’s website update, I focused on enriching their digital presence with more storytelling and connection-driven elements. On the About Us page, I incorporated deeper storytelling to reflect their journey, values, and missing to create a compelling, honest narrative that invites visitors to engage with their brand on a personal level. To further update the site, I wrote and designed an inclusivity statement for Indigenous Australians and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

I also introduced an updated blog section (managed by me) designed to seamlessly integrate with their social media feed, offering fresh, relevant content that not only enhances SEO but also keeps followers informed about necessary NDIS updates and information, bridging the gap between their website and social platforms.

Email Signatures

The email signature design was created to strengthen credibility and brand consistency in day-to-day communication. I developed a clean, professional layout with clear hierarchy so contact details are easy to find at a glance, while maintaining alignment with Purple Leopard’s brand style.

Accessibility and inclusion were key considerations. I ensured the signature remained readable, functional across devices, and supportive of clear communication for a diverse audience. The result is a simple but powerful asset that reinforces trust every time an email is sent.

Social Media Management

Ongoing social media management has included designing branded posts and templates, creating visually consistent graphics, and writing captions that keep the brand voice steady and recognisable. The approach has been intentionally audience-aware.

Over time, this work has strengthen Purple Leopard’s online presence through consistent, high-quality content that supports engagement, reinforces credibility, and keeps their services visible to the people who need them most.

Social Media Strategy

Every 6 months, Mark and I meet to discuss the Social Media Strategy for Purple Leopard. The strategy focuses on building a consistent and sustainable content direction that supports Purple Leopard’s role in a space that can often feel confusing or overwhelming. We developed content pillars that balanced education (NDIS and plan management clarity), trust-building (values and approach), and connection (human-centred messaging that reflects how Purple Leopard supports participants.

The strategy prioritised clarity-first communication as it requires turning complex information into approachable and digestible posts all while keeping the brand’s tone warm, professional, and empowering. The goal was to ensure Purple Leopard’s content didn’t just “post regularly,” but genuinely helped people understand their options and take the next step with confidence.
